This is after a trail of photographs widely circulating on social media where Bomet businessman Godfrey Kimutai is seen proposing to Toto.

On Valentines Day in a decorated event filled with love ambiance,Kimutai is seen on one knee with an engagement ring in hand, seemingly proposing to Toto.

In one the pictures doing rounds a message of “Will you marry me?” is seen confirming the speculation that the event was a marriage proposal.

Little is known about Toto’s fiancée given that she rarely post about her private life.
‘Toto’ made history by becoming the youngest Woman Representative-elect after the August 9 General Election.
The Bomet Woman Representative who is an April 2021 graduate of Chuka University, beat eight older candidates to become the third Woman Representative in Bomet County.

She was thrust into the limelight when she went for a meeting at Deputy President William Ruto’s Karen home where he was hosting UDA aspirants.
Toto was locked out for about an hour by security officers who mistook her for a village girl who had strayed into the meeting.
